Order Processing Times
All NTS orders are processed within 1-2 days. During seasonal times, especially leading up to the Christmas season, order processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order! 

Dispatch Timelines

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day.
  • Next-day delivery cut-off is 2:00 PM.
  • Standard orders will typically take 2–3 working days to be shipped.
  • Please note: All orders will begin shipping from December 6th, 2024.

Shipping Couriers
All deliveries are handled by third-party shipping couriers. The estimated delivery times provided below are approximate and subject to change.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Failed deliveries will be canceled, and the cost of the item only will be automatically refunded once the package is returned to our warehouse.

  • Express: Starting from £12.00.

United States:

  • Untracked: Starting from £7.00.

Canada:

  • Untracked: Starting from £6.00.
  • Tracked: Starting from £9.30.
  • Express: Starting from £15.00.

Africa:

  • Untracked: Starting from £6.50.

  • Express: Starting from £29.00.

South America:

  • Untracked: Starting from £7.75.

Duty and Tariffs

International orders may incur import duties based on the declared value of the goods. These charges are determined by your country’s government and are outside our control.

For orders shipped to the EU from the UK, duties apply to orders over €150. For details on potential duty charges, visit this customs website.

Problems with Your Order?

Where is my order, or has it been dispatched?
Check the email used to place your order for the dispatch confirmation. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder or search for:

  • Your order number
  • Notes to Self Daily
  • Item name(s)

Why is my item delayed?
Delays can occur due to:

  • Busy courier depots during peak seasons.
  • Additional transit time if you’re located far from a courier hub.
  • International customs processing delays.

Order dispatched but not delivered?
Check with neighbours or your local post office for missed delivery attempts. Couriers may sometimes fail to leave a notification card.

Tracking number not updating?
Tracking updates depend on the courier. If issues persist, contact the courier directly. For international orders, your local delivery service (e.g., USPS in the USA) may handle the final delivery.
