We want you to love your NTS purchase but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our refund policy to guide you through the process:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products or downloads.
- Items returned outside of the 14-day return window.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us: Email our customer service team at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return authorisation: Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
- Ship your item(s): Use a tracked shipping method to return your item to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Processing Your Refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
