Dealing with Setbacks ...
Share
As you probably knew, we initially planned to launch our 2022 Journals on Dec 2nd 2021. I was pumped, ready and so excited for the page to go live after months of hard work, prayers, late nights and planning all came down to this.
A few hours till the launch, the NTS website experienced a very interesting glitch that caused our hard work to pretty much, disappear. I had to rub my eyes NUMEROUS time to make sure I wasn't seeing double lol.
I created this blog post because dealing with setbacks is a common thing that happens in life. We can plan, we can prepare, we can do sooo much and still, things may not go to plan, however, it's not about how the setback affects you, it's about the comeback of your setback.
If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself and try again (word to Aaliyah) but it's true! Just because things don't go your way doesn't mean you should just throw in the towel and call it a day - you're bigger and better than that.
When plans fail, don't put it in the bin, just find another route. Setbacks are inevitable but getting up is optional.
As you step into 2022, think about your setbacks for 2022. What went well, what didn't, what you need to improve on and also, what you need to work on. Setbacks only affect you when you choose to remain set back. Your comeback will be greater and your comeback will be stronger.
Here we are - 3 days letter and NTS is launching in a few hours! If I can snap back from a setback, then so can you.
